Bruising is common, but we hope to keep it minimal. Avoid blood thinning medications, if cleared by your physician. Avoid alcohol, fish oils, vitamin E. You may take arnica montana 3 days prior to help minimize and treat. With that said, also keep your social schedule in mind when booking your appointment.

DURING

We do have a large parking lot behind our office, yay! If you arrive early, we have a lovely sitting room for you. FAB is a boutique business and we love getting to know our customers. We’re here to make you comfortable. If you need anything while receiving treatment, don’t hesitate to ask!
